1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 117cuci ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 117cuci platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 117cuci platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2Account Eligibility

To use the 117cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. 117cuci does not permit minors to register or use any service on this platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under your local laws.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 117cuci. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for account cancellation.
• Not a 117cuci Employee: Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 117cuci employees are not eligible to register as players.

3Registration & Account Management

The 117cuci account registration process requires you to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and valid banking details. All information is used solely for account management, fund withdrawal, and identity verification purposes.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 117cuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. The process involves uploading a valid MyKad image and can be completed entirely through the 117cuci app. KYC only needs to be done once and remains valid for the lifetime of an active account.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months are subject to a monthly administration fee of RM5 or the account balance, whichever is lower.
• 117cuci reserves the right to re-verify a user's identity if suspicious activity is detected or upon request from the relevant authorities.
• Account transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

117cuci supports a wide range of payment methods including FPX, direct bank transfers to over 20 local banks, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is RM10 with no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may apply depending on the specific payment method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed in an average of 5 minutes during operating hours. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30. The first withdrawal must be made to a bank account that has completed KYC verification and is registered under the same user's name.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and will be automatically rejected.
• 117cuci reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Funds deposited via a specific method may only be withdrawable through the same method, subject to current payment processing policies.
• Any charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

5Bonus & Promotions Rules

117cuci offers a wide variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive app promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following terms apply to all bonuses in general:

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover ratio is clearly stated on every promotional offer.
• One Active Bonus: Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time. You must complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Non-Transferable Bonus: Bonuses are exclusive to the recipient's account and cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the rollover requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or strategies deemed unfair by 117cuci — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

6Game Rules

All games offered at 117cuci are operated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently verified by accredited third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from manipulation.

General Game Rules:

• You must ensure your account balance is sufficient before starting any gaming session. 117cuci is not responsible for losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 117cuci will use server records to determine the relevant game outcome. The server decision is final.
• Placed bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. This includes sports bets that have been accepted by the betting system.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs, use automation software, or employ any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.

Sports Betting: Odds displayed on the 117cuci platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted at the displayed odds, it cannot be altered. 117cuci reserves the right to void any bet where a material error in the published odds is identified.

7Privacy & Data Security

117cuci takes your personal data protection seriously. All collected information is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

• Any attempt to exploit game bugs or abuse the bonus system.
• Requests from duly authorised law enforcement authorities.
• Users found to be under 18 years of age.

If your account is closed due to a violation, 117cuci reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and wins obtained through activities that breach these Terms. Valid original deposit balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to KYC compliance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. A voluntary account closure does not affect your right to withdraw any legitimate remaining balance.

10Limitation of Liability

117cuci provides its platform on a best-effort basis to ensure consistent availability and functionality; however, we cannot guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or delays at all times.

• 117cuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions, user device failures, or technical factors beyond our control.
• 117cuci's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by the user in question.

11Changes to Terms

117cuci reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate legal compliance requirements.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
